This Armenian cemetery contains the oldest Christian graves in Delhi, and has been completely encroached upon by local residents. The only visible graves are located in the small lanes in between their dwellings or in their compounds. Locals told me that the Archeologically Society Of India (ASI) put up a board some months back indicating this was a protected monument; there has been no maintenance work done and I honestly cannot see how any is possible. The pots on the grave and clothes drying tell their own story. To visit, reach Kishanganj Railway Station and ask for Kishanganj Compound (about 500m away); then request the locals to go through the small lanes between their dwellings and show you what remains
